It's Migraine Awareness Week and the National Migraine Centre has focused on 'Self-care and Migraine'. Today we are looking at sleep.

How much sleep should you be having? Do alcohol and caffeine really affect your sleep? What is restless legs syndrome and is there a link with migraine?

Have a listen to our 'Heads Up' podcast on 'Sleep, Migraine and Cluster Headache'which explores all of these questions and lots more (available on all podcast platforms):

Do let us know any tips you have on getting a good nights sleep!

I use a smart watch which records my sleep which I find reassuring ( particularly when I have recorded excellent sleep quality). I use the sleep stories on the Calm app and find that I go straight into a deep sleep- unheard of in previous years.
