Absolutely true. There is this anti-inflammatory diet - no sugar, dairy, gluten etc.

I think you're right and that's what is really helping- thats it's an anti-inflammatory diet. I haven't been able to give upthe nightshades though.

I asked my naturopath about nightshades. She was not concerned and said it was only an issue for people with arthritis. Since I was diagnosed with rheumatism as a child (and now they are saying it must have been juvenile arthritis), I was done with the nightshades that quick. Plus we are not getting any younger...

I have fibromyalgia and I broke my back a few years ago and have arthritis in those areas. I suppose I should try removing nightshades and see if it makes a difference. I'll wait till the farm stands close for the winter:-)

Thanks! I was really surprised at the time how much it helped. Then I got a little lazy after a while and I noticed the difference.
