I had a pain like this when I was in hospital recently. I was given Oxycodone which was fantastic but you're not meant to take it for too long I think.

Very addictive so not good for long term use. Some people become opioid dependant in as little as two weeks. Caution is a good thing

Dr Spevak recommended me to take baby aspirin or Ibuprofeno. I don't know what is better.

Panadol is one of the safer pain control meds when you are already taking blood thinning meds. Do you know the cause of the pain?

I do, but is fairly acute and last about 15-20mins. I take no painkillers but lie on a hard flat surface, extending my arms.
