unsure about diagnosis.
I am 77 and just had spirometry test and been diagnosed with severe COPD. Chest X-ray normal, sputum normal, oxygen 99%., no crackles or wheezing. No breathlessness just morning and evening chesty cough a few times which sometimes means expelling clear phlegm but not always. I have not been prescribed

HCG beta - should I get it done?
Hi, my OTD is Wednesday so I just spoke to the clinic to see their process if my tests are still positive then as this is all unknown territory for me! They said they don’t do HCG beta as standard for fresh transfers and just see you next for the scan at 7 weeks. They said I can pay for it and have it

2 months on Calquence
Did it take longer than 2 months on Calquence for any of you to start seeing your ALC decline and your RBC increase (after that initial spike and fall)? I'm 60 days into this and after the initial ALC spike and RBC drop, they really haven't budged since (not increasing anymore but just staying high)

My happiness does not last long...
I gave in to test two days ago (9dp5et) after I experienced pink discharge and it was a clear positive and I was on the moon. Today was my OTD- it came much fainter and my HCG is 84. I was advised to repeat in 2 days. Any success with this HCG level? Im worried about the trend on urine blood test, for

Effects of heat on vision....Optic neuritis
Last week when I went to the neuro-opthalmologist, we had just experienced some 90+ degrees days in Indiana, USA. Even though my optic nerve and visual field scan had not changed, I had more trouble reading the eye chart. The doctor explained Uhthoff's phenomenon to me when I said my right eye was

Hcg rising but still low- going mad!
So after the slow rise last week and a non eventful scan yesterday I was fully preparing myself for my hcg to have gone down today… but low and behold it’s still going up. Was 2800 on Friday and yesterday has jumped up to 5100 (exactly 68 hours later) which is a doubling time of 78 hours and from what

Meds after spinal fusion
My fusion was 11 weeks ago and I still need an occasional dose of my prescription medication. I have heard that otc meds such as aleve and ibuprofen can interfere with bone grafting, so I have been avoiding them. Surgeon said the otc's were okay to take at this point but I would rather wait until I

MS and Pain
Hello! I am curious and wonder how many people, like myself, get fairly unbearable pain at times. Mine is especially in my legs. I take Hydrocodone every six hours. I haven't known of others who also take a narcotic, hence my asking the community. FYI: I am on the highest dose. I really do not

Drooling/Botox/dry mouth
Drooling: I had Botox injections in my salivary glands to reduce drooling. I now have extreme dry mouth (cotton mouth). Supposedly takes months to wear off. The cotton mouth is more bothersome than the drooling. Has anyone experience this?

Hcg numbers causing me stress…
Hi lovely ladies, So I had 2nd beta done last week and it came back at 180… 9 days later (yesterday) it has come back at 2200. I’ve put it in hcg calculator and apparently that’s a doubling time of 59 hours… should I be concerned or am I stressing about nothing? I’m 6 weeks today and my scan isn’t
