me and my husband planning for a baby for a year. i had last month miscarriage that was a chemical pregnancy.

i missed my periods this month from 11 Dec i went for HCG Beta level the result is <2* now my body is doing discharge with watery and brownish color.

can anyone tell me if it's a miscarriage or implantation?

Hard to say hun, I have had people say they have had implantation multiple times during pregnancy and personally I have had a similar situation where it was a miscarriage.. Depending how far along you are maybe book a private scan if you can afford it, they are much more sensitive to the topic of miscarriage unless your hospital is supportive, mine isn't very great.. Thank you love. Sorry for same situation. I called for that my hospital refuse to do they said wait for week or so now im having bleed and its not periods kind of blood. Waiting for 2 or 3 days thej will see the situation. But it look like miscarraige

If they don't listen then wait a day phone back up say your still bleeding you have had previous bad experience and for your best interest you advice they scan you. But honestly if you need to talk am here for you.

I had misscarraige i guess as bleed went to heavy flow but no cramps and pain as such. I just hate my doctor.

I told her i had spotting with brownish color she only said wait for 4 days

If your b HCG is under 2 that would mean you are not pregnant. Even if you were having a miscarriage you would expect it to be higher than that, as the number goes down slowly. Have you thought that it might be your period?

Implantation bleeding can happen around period time but time will tell. You would not necessarily see a rise in HCG yet and you most certainly see nothing on an ultrasound at this point, which is why they would not do a scan if your b HCG is so low. I would wait bit longer to see what happens and maybe retake a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks.

My periods were late for 3 days. I started with this kind of bleeding. I asked my gp she said wait for 4 days more in that 4 days i had now heavy bleed with strings no clots .

I dont know what to do
