Pedundal neuralgia or piriformis syndrome, or both if possible?
Hi! I’ve been in pain for over a year and half. It began with perineum pain, and rectal pain/pressure. Then came the low back pain and weakness in the backs of my thighs. I was doing a great amount of work that involved squatting, lifting heavy objects, and riding a 4-wheeler…I work on our ranch.

Small fiber neuropathy?
I went to a neurologist yesterday to see why I keep going numb in various places. He did a non needle EMG test and he said my nerves are fine. But I still have numb, burning feet, and numb sensations from my c-section site up and down. I asked about getting further testing to prove I have pernicious

On going pain.
For over nine years now, I have suffered pain, which over the years has worsened each and every year. At the begining I felt very much that my GPs didn’t believe me at all, one even saying to me that it’s time I let go of this, as there’s nothing wrong with me. I have tried pain management, bought practically

recent hospitalization
My husband gets a lot of mucus in his throat . Yesterday he began choking and although he was getting alot of the mucus coughed up, it just kept coming. He was having a very hard time breathing thru all this, so I call the ambulance, who took him to the hospital. After a few hours in the emergency

Self talk
Guys, this is so important! And this doesn't go just for how we treat others but also how we treat ourselves! Quick story. Today we were headed to our weekly chiropractor appointment. And I was commenting how I feel like I look sloppy and too casually dressed. And my sister said to me last week you

Newbie - need some help!
Hi all, I guess I'm just looking for someone to tell me I'm not going mad... I have booked a doctor's appointment, the first one to pursue a possible endo diagnosis, but I'm panicking that I'll just get told to get on with it or put on the pill etc. I have been struggling with increasingly worse periods

Magnesium
I had a brief discussion with a Chiropractor who was treating me for a painful shoulder. He happened to be a nutrition expert. I mentioned cramp especially whilst doing Yoga and he suggested taking Magnesium supplement. He pointed out that stress flushes Magnesium from our bodies and Magnesium was critical

Donating my kidney to my son in 2 weeks time...
Hi, I'm reading about the back pain post-surgery. I'm donating in 2 weeks to my son. I'm 64 and he's 30. I'd to see a chiropractor as my lower back seized last week and my pelvis is out of alignment. I've not told my transplant team as I need the op to proceed. Any advice at all? Thanks.

How do you separate muscle pain from PD pain?
I spent several days working on my scooter. I don't have a work bench so everything is done with me bent over and squatting for hours. And now I'm sore from head to foot. Last year I went through something similar while changing tires in my wife's boat trailer. When I was done I couldn't unbend

Covid-19 vaccine and PMR
Shortly after receiving my fist dose of Covid-19 vaccine I developed pain in my shoulders, back, buttocks and hips. Around the same time I also pressure washed a large patio and had to move some heavy objects, so I assumed I had "overdone" things but, as the pain seemed to be getting worse, I attended

Physio or chiropractor
Can anyone advise me on the above please. I have had 3 weeks of muscle spasms in my back. Simply crippling. Dr said a physio would phone - she did 4 days ago and have heard nothing. Decided to go private so does anyone know which could be best for my problem. Getting me down now. Thanks.
