Guys, this is so important! And this doesn't go just for how we treat others but also how we treat ourselves!

Quick story. Today we were headed to our weekly chiropractor appointment. And I was commenting how I feel like I look sloppy and too casually dressed. And my sister said to me last week you said you felt ugly now this week you say you feel too casually dressed. So I was like "I feel beautiful!" And my mom said,"That sounds better."

Literally guys it felt good to say that I felt beautiful. How we talk to ourselves is so important. Try telling yourself I am strong beautiful and resilient. It actually does feel good to say that and can even give you confidence!
