So Near Yet So Far: Or My Running Year
An experiment with
Chiropractic
didn’t agree with me at all. The osteopath got me mobile enough for my 2 weeks away in North Wales, where the best thing of all was a further 2 sessions with an osteopath in Conwy.

I'm new here, unfortunately. :)
As I have had periodic sciatica over the years and it always resolved itself (usually with
chiropractic
help) within a couple of days, I wasn't initially concerned. But nothing has given relief for about 30 days, and now I am concerned it may be from one of the pelvic tumors.

Chiropractor or not
After falling out of bed about three months ago, I have been left with a whiplash sort of injury in my right shoulder. I visited a chiropractor who indicated that my whole back and right shoulder is very stiff and would benefit with some treatment. Four years ago I had breast cancer on right breast

Health anxiety or something sinister
Hi. Looking back over the years, I have suffered with health anxiety from around 8 years old, my mum used to cry as she was terrified of dying of cancer and my dad thought he was a doctor in his former life so guess as a child I grew up being very aware of every ache and pain ! Sadly they both died of

Experiences with a chiropractor and is it worth it?
Does anyone know if a chiropractor can help me with me with weak and painful joints? sometimes my knees can't even hold me up without feeling like they are ripping apart and the pain is unbearable. Or my whole body aches and I can't move without getting injured. I have just found out that this is most

Newbie - where to start ?
As the title says, I’m new to the forum and very new to RLS. I feel that I’ve been suffering for around 5 years, but of recent it’s getting worst. I have been referred to a chiropractor, but apart from a nice massage, this isn’t helping.. So, I’m 31 years old, 6ft 4 and ‘normal’ build. I lead a fairly

Cold Laser and EMDR!
On November 3rd 2021 I started seeing a new chiropractor who uses cold laser treatments. It’s like red light therapy on steroids. Look it up! My smell that was diminished is now almost normal. Gait and stiffness improved greatly. Little tremor I had is gone. Can Type 75% better! He does a laser treatment

I am new here: possible GCA
I have had a vein pain on the left side of my brain for a while. I mentioned it to an eye doctor and to a vascular doctor who is treating me for varicose veins. No one knew anything. I finally went to the general practitioner and she said I could have temporal arteritis. It is so scary. I am on 20mg

Symptoms
Just checking I am not going mad. Diagnosed 1 year ago after collapsing with whole body cramp, fatigue +++, eyesight juddering, amongst others. Nothing found on scans mri brain and spine but am a bit suspicious as they didn’t see vertebral loss of height diagnosed 6 years previously. Heart ok on angiogram

Not Running – A Tale of Two Aqueducts and a Castle
I’m going away in 2 weeks, I can’t find an appointment with an osteopath, so maybe
chiropractic
can help ease things? The second session and my back is in spasm for a whole weekend.

Bulging disc - time off work?
I've had a bulging disc in my neck (c8) for quite some time. I saw a chiropractor earlier in the year which relieved it somewhat but it has flared again. I'm not restricted in movement but it gives me numbness / tingling in digits 4 and 5 of my right hand and a pain in my tricep. I have a physio appointment

In despair feeling lost and very low 😔
I have had ‘fibromyalgia’ for years, but over the last year things started to change. My fatigue has taken over and I am in constant pain. I am a single Mum of 3 kids age 10 and under and I have so much guilt that I am not ‘present at present’ for them. About 2 months ago I tested positive for Lupus

Chiropractor?
Has anyone benefited from
chiropractic
treatment? My lower back pain has increased a lot over the last year and the stretches I was given to do by the physio only work for a couple of hours then I tighten up again. I have checked with the GP who thinks it’s a good idea.

Weekly Chat 11th Oct to 17th Oct
So I've been thinking about this post on and off for several days as I always do in advance 🤔 but no, inspiration was not very forthcoming. We're coming into a new season, the weather is changing, cooler, darker, potentially wintery. It feels like there's already a lot going on. I've got time off

Pedundal neuralgia or piriformis syndrome, or both if possible?
Hi! I’ve been in pain for over a year and half. It began with perineum pain, and rectal pain/pressure. Then came the low back pain and weakness in the backs of my thighs. I was doing a great amount of work that involved squatting, lifting heavy objects, and riding a 4-wheeler…I work on our ranch.
