I am NEW HERE and My story is lengthy and complicated. Early '90s developed Myocarditis and CHF. A year long treatment of Lopresser helped heart to heal but set me on the path for other problems. RVOT Ablation
Tried acupuncture,
chiropractic
, meditation, exercise, magnesium, Apple cider vinegar, anxiety meds, diet changes...when something seems to make a difference it's short lived. So my last resort seems to be the ablation. Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to share their experience.

Part of my arsenal of quit tricks
Here's a tip that helped me. (I have to credit my chiropractor for this one.) It takes about 7 minutes to smoke a cigarette (I had that down to a science), but it only takes about 3 minutes for a craving to pass. So, try this, every time the thought crosses your mind. Set a timer for 7 minutes. Breathe

Anti inflammatory?
I've been diagnosed with having significant osteoarthritis in my lower back and sciatic joint. My chiropractor said anti inflammatory drugs can help but he knows ibuprofen and such are off limits. He suggested omega 3/6 (which I now know are off limits too) and glucosamine/chondriton/msm. Any other suggestions

Ive just been diagnosed after 20yrs plus of symptoms. I had to go down the private route amd was iagnosed by a simple mri within 2wks! I have a long list of other symptoms that my consultant thinks could be something else. Ive had these other syptoms for about the last 5 yrs that have gradually got worse

Herniated disc or piriformis muscle pain causing walking pain
I just started this important job and my disc became inflamed when I did a certain exercise. Now I'm moving slow at work and hate it. I don't want my boss to think I'm lazy but it hurts so much. I can't afford chiropractor treatment which helped the last time but I don't want my nerves to continue to

MY JOURNEY...
I flew to the states and had naturopathic treatment, this consisted of :
Chiropractic
treatment, acupuncture, detoxification programme, hyperbaric chamber and a nutrition programme of vitamins and a strict eating regime. In the period of time I was slowly withdrawn off of ALL my medication.

Is there any help for health anxiety?
After a while I also went the alternative route: Meditation, biofeedback, reiki, essential oils, Bach flower essence, acupuncture,
chiropractic
adjustments, and on and on.

Stomach Gurgling
Does anyone else get there stomach gurgling a lot from anxiety? Mine has been a lot lately if I've eaten or not... And if you've read my previous post I've finally found out why my legs have been tingling. I went to a chiropractor and my pelvis is misaligned which is probably pinching a nerve somewhere
