Stomach Gurgling

Does anyone else get there stomach gurgling a lot from anxiety? Mine has been a lot lately if I've eaten or not...

And if you've read my previous post I've finally found out why my legs have been tingling. I went to a chiropractor and my pelvis is misaligned which is probably pinching a nerve somewhere and causing the tingling...a relief that it wasn't something worse
