RVOT Ablation

Hello, I am scheduled to have a RVOT Ablation in a couple weeks and and wondering if anyone can share their own experience with me...the good and the bad. I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for the process and having a lot if anxiety because of it. I'm scared to have it done and maybe more scared for won't work. I have excessive benign PVCs (28%). Never took heart meds because I already have a naturally slower heart rate. Tried acupuncture, chiropractic, meditation, exercise, magnesium, Apple cider vinegar, anxiety meds, diet changes...when something seems to make a difference it's short lived. So my last resort seems to be the ablation. Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to share their experience.

I had a cryoblation took almost 6 hrs under GA

Nothing to worry about did not know a thing recovered well you it's take it easy for at least 2weeks and remember your heart has had a beating needs time to recover

Thanks for sharing Mazza23. What was recovery like for you? I'm not sure what cryoblation is, but was it successful for you? Was it fairly quick to see results?

It will be a year in sept I haven't had AF since march I am still on all meds but have not been to emergency since I had it done and I think it was well worth it but you must let your heart heal

Hi Nfore, I am waiting on my ablation for RVOT-VT, how did you find it? And are you fixed now?

I had an EP study a few weeks ago, was initially diagnosed with WPW but when they tried to trigger my rhythm, it didn't work. So they gave me adrenaline and hey presto! Sustained VT was triggered and took them all by surprise! So I have a new diagnosis that I'm struggling to find out much about online....
