I went to the chiropractor today and told her about my head pressure which she didn’t seem to think was something awful...and said that the x Ray I had last year looked fine of my neck.... could something have changed??😩 she did something that I feel a bit better but I feeling it again... I’m so worried

I am taking Naproxen twice daily, amitriptyline at night, receiving
chiropractic
treatment and even bought new glasses. I am signed off work as I can't even walk upstairs without it making my headaches worse :-( really fed up and miserable now.

New here, would love advice?
Hello all, Been reading through some posts and already found some great advice, I'm just wondering where to start! I've had episodic migraine with aura for 13 years, and I usually get an average of 1-2 a month with clusters of 5 or so every spring or autumn, however the last month and a half I've had

Week 7 Run 2 - :(
Well I finished it but yesterday's run was not enjoyable at all. I had been having twinges in the right hip, and knee but the Chiropractor said it was just muscular and I was fine to run so I did but boy did I feel it. Weirdly the left shin was screaming from 12.5 minutes onwards but I dug in and got

Pain relief products that I've found helpful
And then you have the very expensive tens units that
chiropractic
offices sell. I found a $30 tens unit on Amazon a few years ago, and it's amazingly effective. So much so, that I've purchased many as gifts for family and friends.

Cause of Atrial Fibrillation (AF)
Treatments for AF pretty much focus on drugs and ablations with diet, supplement, and exercise recommendations. Most of the time none of these eliminate atrial fibrillation long term; yet help in the short term. Each can have positive and negative consequences. Maybe research is required in areas not

OTC Meds
Has anyone used Inositol for pain? It is supposed to be taken for nerve pain and can be found in health food stores or drug stores. I have Pudendal Neuralgia and am looking for most anything to try in addition to my prescription pain meds. I do see a Women's Health Physical Therapist and a Chiropractor

Sciatica
I found this herbal remedy, I just started using it but it has great reviews. It's called Nervefix by NaturalCare. Today is the 4th day I'm taking it, I did notice less pain and numbness already. I'm also taking Devil's Claw Extract the Vitamin Shoppe brand for inflammation and that seems to really

Er yesterday for sciatica pain in leg
Tuesday I had such a horrible headache that I spend a majority of the day in bed. Wednesday I woke up with a horrible low back pain into the area below my butt and down my right leg. Saw my chiropractor on Friday which helped with the back pain but not the other pain. Finally couldn't stand it on Sunday
