Opiods after stopping Rpinerol?
I'm also taking a high strength valerian tablet and have tried
CBD
/THC too. Nothing seems to help apart from repeatedly getting out of bed and doing leg stretching and excersises. Is it now time to ask my GP for opiods? If so what type, dose and duration? Many thanks!

Stepping Back
This is my message for the Facebook groups: I wanted to let you know of my decision to step back from my PSP-
CBD
advocacy efforts. My books will continue to be a fundraising platform for the PSP-
CBD
non-profits. It has been two years and five months since my beloved Trish died.

Does anyone have experience of using this device and app to detect AF and has it proved useful? I am thinking of purchasing this but would like to know what other folk think of it. Only recently diagnosed and finding it very worrisome. Any advice would be appreciated.

AFIB, Besremi refused by insurance, and more
On December 1, I felt breathless, climbing stairs quickly and caring for my husband (who had open heart surgery in November). I felt like my heart was beating fast, and I was winded. But it got worse: My apple watch said I was in AFIB. AFIB??? I have no heart issues. I went to the emergency room

Hoes it going fellow heart obsessed lot, do any of you guys take this and how much? I’ve tried magnesium and with the beta blockers it seems to slow my heart way too much. Pvcs are frequent but not as bad as they were. They’re there all the time so looking for a natural help. Cod liver oil is good for

emphysema results
hi everyone I have emphysema . Just had a spirometry test and my results are Fev1 =50%/1.16 Fev1/Fev6 =0.67/87% fev6 =62% how bad is this? Does it mean I only have half lung capacity? How is everyone managing at this level?

Hello there everyone. Here I am again! Yes, despite everything that the weather has hurled at me, the Corner is warm and snug, the cushions are plumped up and there is a very warm welcome for every single one of you. This cold snap has been a real step-stopper for many of us. I have still not got

A question on BP
I am on Nebivolol 5mg for the last 2 months. I take my BP reading about 2 times a day and have watched my pressure go down. I hadn’t had a AFib episode in over a month since on the meds. Night before last, my BP was 114/59. I then became worried it was too low, and couldn’t fall asleep. Once

So far in 2023: ashma flare, pneumonia, and a pulmonary embolism in my left lung. 🤷♀️
So far this year has been a rough time. I was diagnosed with another pulmonary embolism two weeks ago. Yesterday was told my asthma is really bad (in a flare since Christmas), and have pneumonia in my right lower lung. 🤷♀️ To make things worse, I can’t believe Ben take time off work because I have

So Many Things
He is in probably the final stages of
CBD
. His speech has recently become mostly slurred yes and no. His right side is now, for all intents and purposes seemingly paralyzed. He can move only with extreme effort and usually with the help of his left arm.

osteopenia worse, im on enoxaparin/ lovenox any thoughts on vitk2?
I had repeat dexascan says my hips are getting worse, anyone on enoxaparin/lovenox taking vit k2 for “calcium to bone absorption”? Docs are talking about fosamex, etc, but I would rather do vitamins if possible. Not looking for medical advice but would like to know if others with APS are taking it

Junctional Rhythm
I have had Paroxysmal Afib since 2017, and take Warfarin and Bisoprolol ( now been 5mgs twice daily for a year ). No other drugs. I have been having a lot of unclassified results on my Kardia lately. A few is normal and I always thought it was interference or similar, or me not being still enough. However

Feeling overwhelmed by chronic paroxysmal AF
My husband had a MINOCA in April ‘22 (only diagnosed after MRI in December and had been thought to be myocarditis). Since May ‘22 he’s suffered dreadfully from AF - episodes last typically 2-3 days and are triggered by just about anything other than sitting in a stimulus free environment! He feels breathless

I’ll be 71 in May so think I’ve done extremely well to avoid having to go onto BP medication until now! I’ve been prescribed Indapamide & been told to have bloods redone in 2 weeks time to make sure it hasn’t affected my kidneys. ✌️It doesn’t as my kidney function is currently fine. My cholesterol

Almost 1 year after heart attack and this happened........
Hi, so last February I had a minor heart attack and had a stent fitted. It was a shock as I was only 45. I've had the odd twinge every now and then but generally things are ok. Last week I was driving in my car when I felt a sudden bout of chest pain - it was quite specifically in one area and
