Hi, you can try bath salts with CBD when you have a flare or suppository.

hiya, i’ve just started using a cbd oil where you put drops in your mouth… called pinnacle hemp. it’s fairly expensive but there’s different strengths and bottle sizes. has been helping me out a little bit but not massively. but i’ve also tried cbd tea bags which helped me sleep the nights i used them. but again was about £8 for 20 tea bags😬
