Running and cardiac arrest
Ok, so I was feeling proud of myself for completing my first ever run with the couch to 5k app! Then this evening I saw on Facebook about two young men that tragically passed away while running the Cardiff marathon. Cue my health anxiety! I started to worry and of course my worry lead me to google

My husband suffered a out of hospital
cardiac
arrest
2 years ago, had a stent fitted and as a result suffered from cognitive impairment secondary to hypoxic brain injury. He has tried his hardest to 'get his life back' by returning to work but had to leave as his memory is letting him down.

My dad š
This morning we received a call that my dad went into
cardiac
arrest
at 5:10 am. They did cpr and light paddle use and were able to get a pulse 5 minutes later. We got to the hospital 20 min later around 5:30 am and he is on liquid life support and the breathing machine again.

I haven't posted in a while and shame on me. I forget that this forum is here until I get an email with some interesting message. I wanted to post today that felony drug case is finally resolved with a sentence of 2 years probation and 30 hours community service. I also was required to go to TASC, Treatment

I was later told I was lucky that he didnāt have
cardiac
arrest
! He was kept in an isolation room for 3 weeks as he had dreadful stomach problems, on going since Oct 2017, after loads of tests it turned out he has Coeliac Disease and Lymphocytic Colitis.

ā ļø warning sensitive post. 12 week scan.
Hi everyone. I havenāt had the easiest of pregnancies- lots of spotting throughout & have felt on tender hooks. Ive been signed off work by the GP & told to bed rest. Even tho it was never heavy bleeding & never had abdominal pain it was unsettling seeing it and made it impossible to feel excited over

I had a
Cardiac
Arrest
in early 2017 whilst refereeing a football Cup Final. Luckily two people knew how to do CPR and when the First Responder arrived he had a Defibrillator which revived me.
