PSA up then down
I'm now a 64 years old, but my PSA issues started eight years ago. On a routine examine, my PSA reading showed 5.2. Two months later it dropped to 4.3 then about a year later it went up to 4.9. My DRE were all good with my prostate being firm and smooth. Of course the urologist insisted I have a

Recommendation
Hi everyone, I just want to give you all a really great recommendation. I love travelling and have found it a risky business since becoming ill - you never know what obstacles you may come across on your holidays. Things that go bump in the night...and keep you awake.
From what I understand and have read, there are several things that can give a person insomnia. Even if you have RLS, that does not mean that the RLS is the only thing keeping you awake (usually in the form of too much glutamate.) There is too much histamine, cortisol spikes, etc. etc. Here is something

Daith piercingšš»
I had the Daith piercing on the 7th, had a bad headache the next day BUT every day since virtually pain free. Is it too early to tell? I cannot believe an ear piercing could be the final nail in the coffin for my migraine. I am also on Amitriptyline, magnesium supplements and daily aspirin, currently

How to threat Fatty Liver condition, or to find help
Hi! I am a bit scared of my condition. It all began two years ago when I was working and suddenly a pain in the lower right part of my abdomen begun. In the beginning, I thought that was appendicitis, but the pain (like someone is inserting a sharp knife) is more likely in the upper right on the abdomen

My TSH is normal, does that mean my thyroid is fine?
Hi, I'm new here so forgive me if I come across at all clueless. I've written quite a lot but if anyone would take the time to read and help, I would be very grateful. I recently went to my GP and had a blood test for TSH, which came back at 2.7 (which I was told was within range). I had the test at

Gained to much
I have always been over weight since I can remember but it's never been this bad. I quit smoking 1 year 9 days ago and I've gained 30lbs since July of 2017. I need to lost almost 100 lbs to get what I should weigh at. I've tried the low calorie diet before and get tired of counting. Now I'm going to
