Follow up after diagnosis
Hi. Im new here. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 4 months ago. I have been seen by a dietitian and have been following a strict gluten free diet. What is the next stage in follow up appointments and is everyone offered a bone density scan ? Just a bit in the dark of what happens after diagnosis.

Diet
I have read following a very low carb diet like the Keto diet helps many of the symptoms of PD. Has anyone had that personal experience? If so how strict were you regarding the carbs?

Coeliac test with gluten diet for Hashimotos person? Help
My Gp has today mentioned repeating a Coeliac test as he thinks I might have this. However I am gluten free and this test requires you to be on a full gluten diet which will make me very unwell as I also have Hashimotos which benefits from a gluten free diet. Any advice? :(

Hello friends
I've been on my gluten free diet for a while now and my fatigue is improving and my bathroom problems are improving. But my stomach is still huge and I feel like it's getting bigger. I'm thinking is it because I'm not on the lactose free diet - I have bin told I'm lactose intolerant

Mistakes vegans make
There are several common mistakes vegans, often new vegans make. They stick with transition foods as if they are healthy for the long term. Oreo's are vegan but over consumption is very far from ideal. They are perhaps close to the top of the processed food pyramid. A good vegan diet, in my opinion
