Update - strontium citrate
hi I just had a endo lab appt and had 4 blood tubes drawn for secondary causes. I guess it’s a start. I now take strontium citrate and 45 mg of K2 mk4 as my two main lines of defense. I read some research in Australia that said to take the strontium citrate by opening the capsule and mixing it into

Hypothyroidism Confusing test results. Can anyone help please. Are they connected.
Hi Im hoping someone can help. The information you gave last time was very helpful but I still haven't recieved any help from the doctors as they didn't believe the test result were right. They said something was going wrong at the lab but kept sending me back. So I recently paid to get a private test

How much is too much D3
Any views on taking 10,000 iu d3 daily? There’s evidence that it’s ‘safe and well tolerated’ I went to see my bone consultant today, he wasn’t impressed by me taking this amount but my calcium level is good and my dexa results have gone from -2.6 to -2.1 in 2 years I also take k2 and magnesium ,

Yeaterday we had our tested embygirl transferred. She is 6AA final grade and according to doctor everything was looking great. I hope she sticks. Wanted to hear your experiences days after transfer, did you do bed rest / couch potato / back to work? My clinic says take it easy first 3 days but no bed

Finally after many years of suspecting I am hypothyroid, I have found a doctor to prescribe me NDT-30 mgs morning & afternoon. I take many meds & supplements at every meal & bedtime, but from investigating I am most concerned by magnesium-which I take after breakfast/lunch/dinner- and calcium after

UPDATE for all you lovely people out there who were kind enough to send support at a tough time. Firstly, just to let you know I’m recovering very well from the spine surgery, all healing nicely and to plan. I spoke to the cardiologist this morning. After using Flec twice a day, plus as PiP on Saturday

This pelvic floor tightness came out of nowhere several weeks ago. I never ever knew this existed. Now Im in on baclofen/valium suppositories, HRT therapy 3x a week. I go for hrs where I have no pain and then the spasms and throbbing begins. Is there anyone else going thru a similar situation? Im scared

RA pain & inflammation causing terrible anxiety: pacing, insomnia
Experiencing terrible anxiety & insomnia when RA pain flares up- but gp & rheum won’t give sedatives. They act like I’m an addict; so I take a few glasses of wine & I don’t even like liquor. Am in the USA. These drs have no problem giving expensive, “big gun” RA meds & high dose prednisone - but

Mr. Spouse 21 is on rewind: Stable again!
The prompt says: "Tell Your Story." Well, it's my husband's story almost identical to 5 months ago, 3 months before that, and multiple months before that, so I'm repeating the posting from 5 months ago below. He's stable again with nearly identical numbers. ALP 38, PSA 0.10. He was a Gleason 9 now in

I have a hearing aid, well 2 actually but just wear 1 when I am at home watching TV. I have found the last few. months that my hearing has got progressively worse, and I can't work out why. My thyroid was removed 2003, along with 1 or more (accidentally) parathyroids. I have to be sure to take
