Yeaterday we had our tested embygirl transferred. She is 6AA final grade and according to doctor everything was looking great. I hope she sticks. Wanted to hear your experiences days after transfer, did you do bed rest / couch potato / back to work? My clinic says take it easy first 3 days but no bed rest (couch potato is fine haha). Yesterday I was so sleepy (they gave me Valium one hour prior to transfer) so I was almost on total bed rest but today I walked my doggie, did some house chores, and just catching up with series on Netflix. Don’t feel anything to be honest and because of sedative yeaterday was blurry so it almost feels like it didn’t happen but I do have picture and discharge papers so it did 🤣. I have bHCG scheduled in two weeks (kinda late but that’s their policy) so Im just hoping that everything goes well 🤞🏻 when did you test after 5dt embryos? We did natural FET but I had trigger for ovulation (ovidrel shot) so I think maybe they wanted to be sure is out of my system by testing time.

Just kept myself relaxed post transfer. Try not to test too early. Somewhere 8 to 12 days after would be best. Give yourself a pat in the back for the transfer and try to keep positive thoughts. Keep us updated!

I caved 6dp5dt and it was BFP! Don't feel bad if you can't hold out but do remember if you test early it might not give you accurate results. It can take 1-5 days for a 5 day embryo to implant and start producing hcg so any earlier is probably going to be a negative or the trigger shot. I just couldn't stand the tension of waiting.
