Yeaterday we had our tested embygirl transferred. She is 6AA final grade and according to doctor everything was looking great. I hope she sticks. Wanted to hear your experiences days after transfer, did you do bed rest / couch potato / back to work? My clinic says take it easy first 3 days but no bed

NDT+supplements?
Finally after many years of suspecting I am hypothyroid, I have found a doctor to prescribe me NDT-30 mgs morning & afternoon. I take many meds & supplements at every meal & bedtime, but from investigating I am most concerned by magnesium-which I take after breakfast/lunch/dinner- and calcium after

Mr. Spouse 21 is on rewind: Stable again!
The prompt says: "Tell Your Story." Well, it's my husband's story almost identical to 5 months ago, 3 months before that, and multiple months before that, so I'm repeating the posting from 5 months ago below. He's stable again with nearly identical numbers. ALP 38, PSA 0.10. He was a Gleason 9 now in

Third ablation, beta blocker change or something else?
Afternoon all, Looking for a bit of advice, I had my first ablation which was a 5 hour operation Feb 7th 2019! Had to shock me 6 times as well as do the ablation! Eventually put me onto flecainide which kept it in rhythm. I came off flecainide in May 2019, and was ok until July when AFib returned.
