I have been tapering down to 7 1/2 from 7 3/4. Last week I had an episode a very fast pulse and extremely high blood pressure and went to the hospital. Has any hypothyroidism or Hashimotos patient tried apillean weight loss supplement?
It can cost £50 to £100 per small tub in some places but it's selling but you can make this yourself at home. Alternatively according to this female doctor I spoke to at pub She said"You can use coffee instead of guarana, you can use nori seaweed if tolerated or kelp or tiny amount of wakame or if

calcium levels
I have been reading that a blood test for calcium is not accurate, it does not show how much calcium is in your bones, so how do you know if you need a calcium supplement and that too much calcium is not good.

Cirrhosis or PBC ?
THE SHORT STORY My husband was recently diagnosed with F4 Cirrhosis. Began as NAFLD (not from drinking). Short story is that he's had high cholesterol maybe all his life, but it was noticed during a High School football check-up. That was 40-some years ago! He totally forgot about it until a doctor

Numbers Through The Roof!
The doctors are stumped. We are bummed. Here we are, nearing retirement age, and all we want for Christmas is his good health back! My husband (age 58) is not a diabetic. He is not overweight. Never has been. He has only ever been an occasional social drinker. When I say occasional I mean maybe 2 or

67 year old male with severe Osteoporosis from long term use of Nexium.

Update on Spinal nerve block

Disrupted sleep with increased T4
Hello dear Thyroid UK, I had thyroid cancer in August 2021 with part of my thyroid and a parathyroid removed. Since then, I've been trying to get an ideal dose of Levothyroxine T4. I did take a very low dose of T3 (Cytomel) briefly. I felt great alert-wise but experienced headaches, nausea and anxiety

Irregular platelets in PD
I have just enrolled Laurie Mischley's online Parkinson's School, and to say I'm finding it enlightening is an understatement. Importantly, it's prompted me to have my B12 (and various other) blood levels tested again for the first time since 2017. The bloods results show various low and high results

Hello everyone, I'm 75 years old and I had an NSTEMI at the end of April and was put on Ticagrelor. However over the last few weeks I was becoming more and more breathless so saw a Gp on Monday and was changed to Clopidogrel. I seem to be improving slowly but now I have a new problem. Early 50s male, healthy till hypothyroidism my first few months experience of treatment
I don't usually share info on the internet, but as a lot of material out there is aimed at women or Americans (I mean no offence to either!) I thought I'd stay my experience so far. Diagnosis, what does it all mean, and treatment/first medications. DIAGNOSIS Late 2022 I saw a nurse as I was taking longer
