Not the only one?
So far I have been given a list of tablets to help : mebeverine, dicycloverine hydrochloride,
buscopan
, colpermin and codein, various shop bought prevention tablets and none of them helped.

The only pain medication i can take it
buscopan
and 1 dose of paracetamol in 24 hours, anymore than that and i get really bad. So as you can imagine my recovery after last op was longer as i couldn't take the pain meds.

They came came back negative so I got told I suffered with IBS and to take
buscopan
. It does help with the pain but at times I can be constipated for up to 3 weeks at a time and look like I'm pregnant with how bloated I get.

Ibs
When the pains really bad I then add
buscopan
to the list. Dr's can only prescribe and tell me th a time they can only help manage the pain. Feel like a ghost some days walking around, but have to push through or otherwise would stay in bed all day .

Irritable Bowel
I do buy
Buscopan
regularly for the cramps, which I do not get every day but at least if I feel them starting I know I have them in.

experience CLL Ibrutinib Colitis
I managed the bowels with imodium and
buscopan
and the arthalgia with ibuprofen. In January 2015 I struggled to walk and was severely neutropenic. A short break with GCSF and then two tablets per day. March 2015 acute diarrhoea. April 2015 diagnosed with pancolitis.

Pain is entirely one-sided
I am currently being sent between GP and gynaecologist whilst they do tests prior to a laparoscopy (ultrasound, ovulation, husband's semen, various other blood tests)... both are still weighing up whether it's more likely to be bowel/ IBS or endometriosis, and I'm trying
Buscopan
(for IBS) but not felt

Hypersensitivity IBS / IBSD - A potential solution
I've tried the following medications, with varying success: - Loperamide - only really a stop-gap solution, but temporarily relieves D symptoms when they occur - Spasmanol - great for pain but gave me intolerable indigestion and heartburn -
Buscopan
- no effects on me - Simeticone - works well for trapped

Any help with left side abdo pain?
Each time they stabilise the pain (usually massive doses of
Buscopan
and Diclofenac) and send me home. I live on combinations of
Buscopan
, Tramadol and paracetomol. Pain is unpredictable, is not linked to dairy or wheat - last 2 hospital visits I was wheat free. There is no pattern to the pain.

Worth getting a private consultation?
I have had left sided abdo pain since November, currently "managed" with Tramadol (100mg up to 3x daily) and
Buscopan
. I have been seen by urology - CT scan showed nothing untoward come back in 6 months, colo-rectal - barium enema showed a nromal bowel with no polyps or diverticulitis.

help
I went back to the doctor and was given
buscopan
(max dose) and Colpermin, it does not work, if anything it is getting worse at night. I have had antispasmodics such as this in the past, mebeverine included, and they have not worked. Any advice?

Buscopan Injections
Hi everyone, I haven't posted on here in a while. I have seen a very good Gastrologist who has suggested to me to try Buscupan Injections for severe pain. As when you take a 10mg Buscupan tablet you really only get 2% of the ingredient ,whereas with the injection you get the full 10% . My question
