Hi has anyone had a gynae pelvic mri without contrast dye and buscopan and it actually show your endometriosis or adenomyosis?

Wondering if anyone had side effects from Buscopan? I was prescribed last Thursday and took it that day and Friday and started to feel a bit off. Woke up Saturday with a blinding headache like I’d never had before. I tried my migraine medication but that didn’t touch it.

Has anyone tried this for their ibs. I don't usually take medication but as an ibs-d sufferer normally, suddenly I have started with ibs-c and ibs-d alternately. Hi my GP awhile ago prescribed Buscopan or Mebeveribe to take for bloating I’m waiting for a colonoscopy as I’ve got suspected IBD. I wondered do either of these drugs make Chrons or Colitis worse at all? I noticed sometimes they make me feel abit worse. Thanks

I find buscopan works when I’m having a flare up. I too get the constant need to poop accompanied chronic wind.( not the best combo) I do relate with being scared to go far! I have diverticular disease. I’ve also been told I have IBS. Buscopan is my go too so give it a try.

I take Buscopan, I've no cramping but the pain is no better. Often I take chamomile tea and it helps more than buscopan, what gives?

I’ve tried buscopan on advice of IBS nurse, started to give me constipation. Now trying Colpermin peppermint oil. Genuinely need some good advice as I’m very nervous of taking more probiotics but I’m presuming they will eventually be the answer. Thanks

After 2 weeks I went to the pharmacy and took buscopan and one tablet of imodium. This helped solidify the BM.

I’ve had no help with NHS at all, they told me to try Buscopan!! Has anyone else had a nodule removed at all? I’m having an MRI and then meeting plastic surgeon who will be doing the operation to remove along with the gynae consultant. xx

Tried everything from imodium, to mebeverine, buscopan... topical h cream seems to help a bit. Any thoughts? Shared experiences? Feel like I'm loosing the plot here.

They asked if I’d had lunch and I’d said no and they thought since I hadn’t ate much, they’d try without the cannula and buscopan and if the images weren’t clear enough then they’d try the cannula again, but luckily I went back in and it was fine and at the end she said the images were really clear.

I am taking alflorax and kefir and at the moment trying silicol gel, buscopan does help a little. I am also trying amitriptyline, although that is supposed to be for nerve pain!

Was going to take buscopan in case some sort of IBS bloating, or it could be the cyst acting up... Worried. Had dull pain all the time but this is a lot more. Very sore.

The scan department said I’ll be having a cannula with buscopan so they can look at my bowel and that they might use the dye.

She is on a mix of other medications including pain relief, antidepressants, laxido and buscopan. Does anyone have any similar experiences? If yes, was there something specific that worked?
