still uncertain
when i told him I had lumps in my neck he asked if my voice was affected and that I still was coughing at night.he said my blood results came in yesterday and were normal -no suggestion of lupus.doesnt explain the rash on my face etc.i don't see how the scan shows nothing when I still have nosebleeds,

Is bruising more prevalent of less with APS?
I have just read the blog of 'inr of 10+' and noticed one of the answers says
bruising
goes hand in hand with Hughes and you are asked about it when trying to diagnose. If you are not taking warfarin should you see more or less
bruising
?

W6R1 - my own question answered
By going back to the intervals it gives us a chance to learn the lesson not to go too fast without
bruising
our fledgling running confidence too much. Anyway, w6r1 is done. Yoga class tomorrow then onwards and upwards to w6r2 on Thursday.

Should i be rushing to A&E?
I thought it sounded really silly until she mentioned the
bruising
on the back of my thigh on my left side. (Pretty much.. this huge bruise has slowly been climbing up my thigh. I havent banged it or had any trauma.. its just there.. climbing like an unwanted ivy bush.)

excessive bruising?
I know that
bruising
easily is something all us EDSH/HMS people have to deal with but what about when we have to have a needle put into a vein? Every single time I need a cannula I end up with a black bruise covering the back of my hand or inner elbow.

GP said he was going to let me suffer and be in pain for 5 weeks until my lidocaine at the hospital!!
It means I can't go on holiday with my friends as I can't walk more than 100m it means I can't go to ladies day because I will be too much of a liability with my mobility and pain I can't wear heels I can't wear my dress I'm covered in
bruising
from the spasms! I am getting more and more down.

Son struggling with body aches and fatigue
He is not
bruising
and has no petichia so as far as I know his last IVIG treatment is still holding his platelet count up (when last tested it was at 675,000 a little too high). Do any of you struggle with this with your little ones or even as adults?

Bruising on hydroxychloroquinne
I am used to
bruising
but my legs are always black and blue, I'm a little fed up of it and now that it's coming into summer I am dreading wearing shorts. The same happens on my upper arms too.

Sjogren's Hydroxy and Glaucoma confused about the tests I have!
Then 3 years ago I had a car accident and banged the left eye, massive
bruising
lots of tests but told no permanent damage. At same time I was sent to a mobile glaucoma unit. (by who?) the tests seemed the same. I also have relations inc brother with glaucoma. Been there every 6 months.

Guidance after recent GP appointment
In March I was called for annual blood tests for medication check and was quite timely as I had been feeling exhausted, aching joints and
bruising
and bursting blood vessels very easily. I was told my TSH level was 7.2 and was asked to repeat the bloods in June which I have just done.

Bruises out of the blue?
I get the
bruising
mostly on my legs, my thigh, my knee and my shin. I do karate, but that hasn't given me many bruises. I've always made sure of that. Just want to know, any ideas or opinions? anyone having the same issue as me?

Is ear piercing ok with ITP?
I've read that ears don't bleed when you get them pierced so I thought that it maybe it would be ok, but then I realised that maybe the
bruising
could be an issue. She is very prone to
bruising
and always has over 100.
