Post ablation
When I came out of hospital I had a bit of
bruising
on my inner thigh which I thought was completely normal. However, it has now spread and is covering most of my inner thigh down to just above my knee. It is really black. Is this normal and should I just wait for it to go away?

Can ablation make arrhythmia worse? Being wise in selecting the options.
The usually mentioned complications like groin
bruising
(I had my leg swollen for 4 weeks) and puncture of the heart (thanks God did not have this one) are not the only ones, and not the main I guess as these both will heal. The scars created by the ablation can become a NEW SOURCE of arrhythmia.

10 things I wish I knew before long term use of pred -
I'm no longer comfortable with a lot of things I was beforehand - I am extremely self conscious of my face and my skin - of the horrendous
bruising
and the ridiculous bloating.

Upper back pain after transoesophageal echocardiogram and AF ablation
My gp also mentioned stress as my husband had a stroke last week ( he is OK ) so it could be a combination of this and maybe
bruising
to my oesophagus ( I am now 10 days post procedure ). I hope someone can tell me they've had the same symptoms as me after a TOE so that I know it is normal.

Purple red bruising
Hi all I've been on pred for 5 years, I was lucky as my doctor didn't take very long to diagnose it. I'm now down to 3 mg , getting down to 7 was relatively easy, but it has taken much longer to get to this dose. My question is about the skin thinning and mainly my arms and hands getting these ugly red

Post angiogram worries
However, i am now concerned about the
bruising
that is spreading around the area and now down to my knee. It is severe in the area of the incision, which is understandable. However, should i expect it to go down to my knee? It is only slight, but still, it is there.

Xtandi enzalutamide side effects dizzy/seizures
He landed on his knees and other then
bruising
wasn't hurt. It was a learning experience for me that I need to be prepared for an emergency. The ER contacted his MO who said to cut the dose in half to two-40 mg pills.
