I have had loads of tests following breathlessness and upside down T waves in Feb/March and was on lots of medication including at one point very high levels of anti Inflammatorys.
all my tests have come back clear including a cardiac MRI and my t waves are all back to normal so Consultant decided it was most likely stress cardiomyopathy . lots of meds were dropped but he suggested staying on Clopidogrel til March (which will be a year) and the Ramipril is under discussion
my question really is do I still need to be on these? i am suffering terribly with bruising with no apparent cause and surely if my heart is all ok and has passed all tests i dont still need to be taking stuff or do I?
thanks in advance for any comments

We’re not qualified to answer that here. Your consultant knows the details of your case and is in the best position to reply. Does he know about your bruising? He may be able to offer an alternative to the Clopidogrel.
Ian i didnt want medical advice just wondered if anyone had been in a similar situation. my consultant has signed me off back to my GP so I wont see him to ask and the last conversation I had was that they were considering stopping the medication
controlcause you name it they did it, echos, angiogram, scans, cardiac MRI etc, all of which showed nothing which they seemed to find very confusing!!!
Angiogram is a valid test for CAD you should discontinue medications.. i have discontinued few medicines on my own as my cardiologist is too much conservative and go by rule book
