Thank you once again for your helpful replies. May I ask has anyone used Vitamin K cream for the awful bruising on legs and arms.

Lots of people use arnica - but this is the first time I have heard anyone suggest vit K cream. There are products with both in it seems.

I looked online - and a facelift forum was singing vit K's praises!!!

Over the past 6 weeks in hospital, I have had pathology take blood from me on a daily basis, as well as cannula set up on several occasions. I use Arnica with success.

I must admit, I do not worry, I am always covered in bruises even on my fingers. They do not really hurt and I am just too lazy to do anything about them.

Hi Kyrenia

I haven’t used Vitamin K yet, but am considering trying it. Amazon have it for £11 at the moment, and it’s free from

chemical preservatives ,May help, but not

too much wasted if it doesn’t

Wish you well

Jean
