disorder panic attacks more more I recently just got help to talk to someone I will take any help from anybody I have used herbs breathing exercises reading books on it I have panic attacks more and more now I used to get them at home before I went to sleep but now I get them when I'm on my way to work coming from work the supermarket I don't like it any advice is well accepted thank you

Have you tried journaling to identify your triggers?

It also can help "to get the thoughts out" on paper.
