Lap or try to conceive?
My endo has gotten worse since my daughter has started to self wean from
breastfeeding
and I'm in pain in my legs, colon, lower back and period pain if my clothes have been too tight or I carry heavy loads for too long.

Your Healthy food - is your Medicine 12
And you'll have the power of protein to help you grow and build your body when you pick foods from this group. 2 to 3 servings of this group is enough for your body. 2 servings are enough for most people and 3 for women who are pregnant or
breastfeeding
, teenagers and young adults to age 24.

Unsure whether to try breastfeeding with no 2, given that I'll be taking olanzapine as a preventative. Advice on toxicity etc appreciated
I'm 18 weeks pregnant with no 2 after post partum pyschosis with my son two and half years ago. I think I'm definitely going to take olanzapine afterwards, but unsure whether to breastfeed or not for fear of the effect breast feeding had on me before and toxicity for the baby. I felt so guilty that

Friday Weigh In
I've done a 7km and two 5km treadmill runs and I'm still
breastfeeding
so think this has compensated for the extra calories. As 1.6lbs is a good amount to lose I think I prob need to be looking at aiming for more than 1400cals anyway. However, not an extra 600 made up of chocolate.

Is the lactose in my thyroxine causing baby's allergy?
I have a dairy allergic 8 week old baby, who i am
breastfeeding
. Could the lactose in my thyroxine be making him ill still (he's 80% better since i eliminated all dairy and beef from my diet) or is he probably allergic to something else too?

Before diagnosis I never had these symptoms
Before I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid I felt rubbish but didn't have the symptoms I do now.I went to the doctor because I felt tired,I was
breastfeeding
and used to fall asleep feeding him :-0 Or drinking tea I would nod off and wake up when it was in my lap.

Question 1: I want to have a family in the next year or so and do not want to be on statins for baby/
breastfeeding
Question 2: Statins have so much bad press recently, is this really the only option?

My daughter and BWS & Paediatricians in North England
Her tongue does not protrude from her mouth but she did have trouble latching so I gave up
breastfeeding
and when I moved to bottle feeding I would often comment on how her tongue was in the way.

I did try the POP about a year ago as I was still
breastfeeding
& it was the only one I could take, but I just bled continuously for about 6 weeks so stopped it. Any advice from anyone would be gratefully appreciated. xxx

What is Pregnancy pillow..
These pillows are designed in a way that they can be used for
breastfeeding
support. Pregnancy pillows are made up of 100% hypo-allergenic polyfil so they do not produce any allergens to the pregnant woman. The pillows can be machine washed and are to be dried in shade.
