I completed it a couple years ago and was doing 5k runs 2-3 x a week.I was diagnosed with a early

cancer
in November and haven't run since. I've since had a lumpectomy and am waiting radiotherapy.

Currently, I am taking Ibrance and anastrazole, a MBC regimen because my
cancer
is more like mbc. Most of the research is on
breast
cancer
, and now ovarian cancer. The medications and protocols trickle down to endometrial/uterine cancer about 3 to 5 yrs later (according to my dr).

Running has carried me through
Then last February, just before I was going to attempt a Parkrun, I was diagnosed with
breast
cancer
and sucked into a whirlwind of medical tests and treatment. The doctors told me that exercise could help me cope.

Need to Change Treatment
So I have progression after two years on Ibrance and Letrozole. I have an opportunity to participate in a clinical trial in my town in which I would be randomly assigned to Giredestrant, a promising oral SERD (monotherapy) or both Giredestrant with a new Pikc3a drug. My standard of care option would

low grade serous ovarian cancer
hello I’m new to the group but I was diagnosed with low grade ovarian cancer in October 2020 and have since had a radical hysterectomy in December 2020 followed by 6 rounds of chemo starting in June 2021 which didn’t remove all the cancer I was given a course of letrozole but this didn’t work for me.

But nurse put ice packs on before. And also after. What a new onslaught to my system. Here we go. I never knew the ibrance

Ribociclib and Letrozole
My
breast
cancer
which was removed two years ago has come back in my breast bone (7mm) and S1 (1 cm). I have been told I need to start taking Ribociclib and Letrozole. Any of you has experience of taking these same medications together? Did they work? How did they make you feel?

I am now waiting for an ablation. My EP has tried various medications, some of which didn't agree with me. I have settled on Digoxin and Verapamil

And I thought I had a full plate-
Now Becky2 wasn’t as talkative but her brother in-law gave us a quick synopsis- she has been a caregiver for both parents, him and soon her sister who was in surgery for
breast
cancer
,the same time he was there for the radiation treatment.
