My fasting Blood sugar test was repeated and found to be 77mg/dL
In continuation to my previous three posts ( which you must read ), I am pleased to post my fasting blood sugar readings. The screen also shows my vitamin B12 & vitamin D level . My sufficient D level in my blood seems to have protected me from Covid19 so far đwith all blessings from "SUN GOD" , though

CR2: Idle-chatter run produces PB đ¨đ¨đ¨đđ
I set Runkeeper as, on CR1, Iâd deviated to take a photo and ran on the spot. So some new stats, I figured, could offer a baseline. âTwas not to be. My notes on Runkeeper say: âovercast; counterclockwise; pre-lunch; knew we were going faster and pushingâ. Thatâs shows how brief this post could be.

Help with vitamin levels - Blood test results
hi all, just had my blood results back and feeling a bit disappointed that my vitamin levels seem to have all gone down (with the exception of vitamin D). Also despite my GP requesting T3 this wasn't done by the labs. Should i get this done separately now for my own records or wait till my next bloods

Morning all, Hope you are all well. I have a neurologist consultation today and I think I will be having the above injections for pain. Has anyone had these before? What would I expect after? I am pretty nervous.

Just exhausted....
Hi all. Does anyone relate? I am just soooo tired all of the time. It doesnât matter how long I sleep for, it isnât enough! I went to bed at 8.30 pm and woke at 10am and this is common for me but sometimes I sleep even longer. I am out of bed for no longer than half an hour and I need to go back to sleep

W9R1: Idle-chatter run đ§đ§đ§
I just canât believe Iâm in w9. How did that happen? The programme is sprinting along. This was our second rain run, but nothing like the first one (an unexpected deluge in a hurricane). Wearing a water-resistant jacket was probably excessive. M test-drove the peaked cap idea 𧢠and says it helps;

On a light note
I've just started my Vitamin B super complex supplements in the hope that optimum vitamin and folate levels improve my thyroid issues. Why do supplements have to smell and taste so vile. I'm gagging at the smell as soon as the lids off, swallow the tablet and gag on that repeat taste. Boy oh boy these
