HbA1c of 7.8 definitely calls for medication.Following your doctor' advise is the best option.

Follow doctor advice. But restrict carb.if you do not restrict your medication will be enhanced to glycomet gp2.Better late than never.restrict carb.increase liver function and go for morning and evening walk.If possible light walk after every meal.Do not go to sleep after any meal.Atleast awake for two hours.Thanks.
