Reducing Hb1ac

I have reduced my sugar level to

93 fasting

105 after meal

My question is can can I reduce my Hb1ac by controlling diet and walking

Earlier before ten days my sugar level is

Fasting 115 after meal 177 and Hb1ac 7.4

I am not talking any medicine

Please suggest

I am from Vietnam. I have a 11 year-old son with diabetes type 1. He has followed Dr.Biswaroop for 7 months and has been controlling diabetes with proper diet and stopped pumping insulin since then. You can reduce HbA1c level by low carbohydrate diet and aerobic exercise.
