1-30min exercise in the early morning.
2-Breakfast milk+oatmeal +cinnamon.
3-lunch anything in smallsize like beans,rice,meat,sabzi,makarony+fruit+two tablespoon oliva oil+lemon etc.
dinner is also the same like lunch.
NOTE be active,walking,biking to bazaar,loose weight and don't think of diabetes be happy

one another thing, today before lunch checked was 72 half hour rised 130 again checked one hour later 160 and finally one and half hour downed to 75.
I don't know what is happening?
nice congratulations fahimh nice to kow that you have brought down your Hba1c level to 5.2.
However you can have further good control if you could bring down your TG level further down...
TG/HDl is the best marker for insulin resistance...
It is best to be maintained near to 1.
Do that and you will be always winner...

cinnamon seesm to be the trick, but do cinnamon in limited extent as it can be toxic to body
