Reduced Heart Function
I have HCM. Over Xmas I got Shingles. Since then I have been suffering poor sleep, lack of energy, nausea and I am retaining fluid. Increasing my diuretics is having limited effect on my swollen ankles. I have to get blood tests and Echo but Doc thinks my heart may not be pumping as well as it should

What is an Osteoarthritis flare?
I have been suffering from a painful knee/leg for a few days, bad enough to make me hobble and far more painful after sitting for a few hours. It gradually got worse over 3 days then yesterday, while walking in my house, something seemed to give and it was agony to walk - I could not put any weight on

Negative blood tests
Hi I had an appointment with my rheumatologist last month. She had a quick look at my hands and then pressed on my shoulders and asked if it hurt, it did ever so slightly but I think this was because of the way she pressed rather than any pain response. She then asked about my sleep. I find it tricky

Surprise blood test
My Practice Pharmacist advised me to have TSH restest this month. I don’t know why except I told them I was swapping back to Accord brand (but they tell me it makes no difference, so 🤷♀️) Anyway, I’m going in the morning, observing protocols. Is it really only vit B that can affect serum? Thanks
