Edoxaban side effects
I have had quite bad hip and thigh pain after being on edoxaban for a few weeks which has made walking difficult. I also take Bisoprolol 1.25 but I've been on that since May and on higher doses, so don't think it's that. I stopped the edoxaban for a couple of days and started to ease a bit but restarted

Scheduled Telephone consultation with consultant a year post 4xcabg.. what to ask 🤦🏼
I’ve got a scheduled telecon with a consultant a year post Nstemi and quadruple CABG. Been doing well after change of statin. Anything I should mention regarding future check ups or anything else ? I’m still pretty sore on my sternum/chest after hard work , will mention that … will ask about my meds

Does anyone know...
So, for about two weeks I've had a symptom that could fit with multiple explanations. Hot flashes. My first guess would be my hrt needs changing... But I ALWAYS get stiff joints before hot flashes start and my joints are normal. Maybe a hypo thing. Maybe related to my post viral dysregulation of

A question for people who have used Bisoprolol and pain relief
Are there any pain relief meds that work with Bisoprolol? I have a dentist appointment coming up and im quite certain that the paracetamol is not going to cut it during the recovery stage so was wondering if there was something stronger that doesnt negatively react with Bisoprolol. Cheers guys,

permanent AF
my husband is in permanent af, he is on Bisoprolol and Apixiban. His heart rate is low around 50. He gets out of breath and tired easily. He had the Bisoprolol increased but this made him unable to walk far withought sitting down , this has massive impact on his life, and Bisoprolol reduced back to where

Travel to Dubai and Prescription Medication
Hoping for some clarity and real world experiences.. I'm travelling to Dubai for a short break in October and understand I need to validate/declare prescription medication that I might need to take into the country. Nothing too controversial, Bisoprolol, Atorvastin, Aspirin & GTN spray for Heart related

I have been having problems since March 2023 with heart flutters, tremor in hands and shakiness. A blood test found TSH at 7.35 and T4 at 22.5. I have been hypothyroid since 1994 and was stable on 175mcg levothyroxine until this point(March '23). Blood tests, both NHS and from Monitor My Health

hi I have never posted on here before. I had a heart attack 5 years ago did not need stents they thought a tiny piece of plaque had come loose and caused a blockage. Few months later I was back to a&e after a strange episode of hands feeling cold I myself felt faint but breathless, and with palpitations

My daughter just got married!
After my ablation in April, which was followed by rapid resumption of symptomatic AF, I was concerned that I might not be in a good place to deal with my lovely daughter’s wedding on Saturday. I'd had a cardioversion to restore normal rhythm but worried the cocktail of stress/ emotion/ alcohol might

I've spoken to my cardiologist and gp they said they will swap me to something else just wanted to seek
