Update on my father. Triplet therapy?
The results of
biopsy
came - Gleason 7 (4+3) which was not very bad news after hearing PSA number at the diagnosis. The MO gave us the treatment plan of - Casodex, Zoladex, Chemo (Docetaxel) and radiation therapy after that.

I have a new medical team that wants me to have a liver

Itchy skin with no rash
I was also diagnosed with Celiac disease via

Can Biopsies Cause Mets?
I understand the slow development of prostate cancer as it attaches itself to the gland (10-15 years) until it tricks the immune system to settle and hence the Gleason grade. But when a needle gun hits a cancerous core and there is bleeding, does that mean cancer cells get released in the blood? Has

5.5 years Lupron/Zytiga, still <.01. Just a good story to share on Prostate Cancer
He had needed to pee 10 times a night for years and I urged him to check it out.... he resisted for years :( (I found out later his PSA was 5.6 in 2012 and that he declined a
biopsy
. He didn't realize the importance. He should have just had it removed back then!)

expert opinion
Since being dx’d with Sjogrens, back to maybe SLE (after a second opinion read on my
biopsy
at Brigham and Womens looking more like C3GN and not lupus nephritis)…can you have this disease with a normal C3?

Finally, my MO's treatment plan:, no Triplet Therapy. Let's do Eligard, XTANDI, Radiation, XGEVA
I'm also very frustrated that she recommended radiation TWO MONTHS after my first meeting with her where she was shocked that the RO already had a treatment plan even before a bone
biopsy
was done: "she has a plan, before the
biopsy
, how is she sure it's metastatic cancer lesion?'

During all this I have seen numerous specialists, gasteonologist believes fibro is misdiagnoses because the only thing showing up in bloods during all this time was liver enzymes extremely high consistently nothing resolving them and nothing showing on liver
biopsy
.
