Hysteroscopy and endo
She done a suction
biopsy
in the appointment (not expecting that) and she sent me for a blood test ca19-9 and told me my case has been referred to an MDT as I will need surgery but they need to get full picture.

Finally got a colonoscopy
So after a year of waiting I finally got an appointment to see a gastro specialist who rushed me through for a colonoscopy, He mentioned that he also suspected endometriosis and arranged an appointment for me for two weeks after we spoke, Obviously due to the sedative I can't remember most of the colonoscopy

Primary sclerosing cholangitis
Hi, my 16 year old daughter was diagnosed with PSC at aged 14. She was originally being treated for anorexia and a blood test showed an anomaly with her Liver, she has had lots of blood tests, X2 Liver biopsies, numerous ultra sounds and X2 MRI’s. In her last MRI it showed strictures of her bile ducts

Do they radiate the liver and what other options do they have, they took a
biopsy
a month ago and it ordinary prostate cancer not the small cell or aggressive kind. Would they do both the continuation of chemo plus radiation and what would be the side effects of the radiation treatments ?

Salvage radiation fears
His
biopsy
was a 7 - mainly 3+4 but had some 4+3 with cribriform. So we already knew he’s unfavorable intermediate and this is aggressive and that salvage radiation is a very real possibility. But to have it as the top message right before surgery!?!?

I have now been told that I have PTSD! Why?
I have had anxiety and depression since I had a breakdown 16 year's ago when a woman I thought was a friend, stabbed me in the back ( not literally!) because she wanted to be me ! Goodness knows why ! Long story! I fought hard with the help of an OT and I would not be here but for him and people here

Can't cope any more
I had a
biopsy
scheduled for this morning, but 3 days ago developed Covid. After 3 years it happens right now.
Biopsy
rescheduled for 2 weeks time. Radiologist pretty sure it's malignant. I already had bc on the other side 18 years ago. We have 2 daughters - 28 and 30.

My
biopsy
showed two lession…one 4+3 , positive and the other 3+4 was negative. I will get the barrier gel next week in Montgomery, Al at the Alabama Cancer center. I’ve ask if I will need all 5 sessions but waiting on a response from my Dr. I’m nervous and emotional about it all.

My question is if anyone has had dexamethasone whilst awaiting
biopsy
and cancer treatment to start and was it effective for symptoms. Thank you for any advice.

NKX3.1 found in liver biopsy
The nkx3.1 was found in a recent liver
biopsy
. What does it tell the oncologist and what treatment would shrink the tumor ? Never heard of it and when looking it up it is confusing as it is in all prostate tumors from what I have read.

Biopsy
showed no spreading and, for now, I am cancer free. 99% continence regained 3 months post surgery. 1 year post surgery....0% return of erections. The last many years of my married life has had a very little sexual content. Whatever we had was beautiful, but not enough for me.
