Fit, active guy, diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2021. I am bisexual guy in a straight, married relationship. Radical prostatectomy was done in May 2022. Biopsy showed no spreading and, for now, I am cancer free. 99% continence regained 3 months post surgery. 1 year post surgery....0% return of erections. The last many years of my married life has had a very little sexual content. Whatever we had was beautiful, but not enough for me. I have been supplementing my sex life with encounters with men but slowed down over the years and stopped during the Covid pandemic. Prior and post prostate surgery my wife continues to be sexually unavailable and I have decided to seek out men again. I rehab several times a week with a pump and am able to orgasm. I have been given access to Alprostidil injections which work at bringing on erections. I am just looking to speak with other men who might relate to what I am living.
