On a rollercoaster
Hopefully my
biopsy
results will be know this week.Sleep has been difficult and Netflix has been a godsend when I wake in the wee small hours. I think I I'm now in denial, surely the consultant got it wrong! This rollercoaster of emotions, waiting and over thing is too much.

Large Lympe nodes.
Am waiting for
biopsy
results, but concerned what current treatment is out there to resolve the problem. Anyone else with similar issues?

She said they do MLI tests, this sounds very similar but the
biopsy
is sent to France. I just feel so very desperate at this point. We have even spoke about surrogates - not even sure how this works in the UK. Not sure what I’m looking for here, but any advice would be great. X

Hypocellular bone marrow. Can anyone tell me more?
Blood tests clear on the day of appointment but a month later
biopsy
showed moderately hypOcellular (not hypERcellular) red cells.

Gastroscopy aftermath!
He took a
biopsy
and so I know my stomach will be sore and will recover. My throat is also very sore, as is my left shoulder on the side I laid. I just needed a moan really 😆

Just to let you know that the result of my temporal artery

Joy in response to frustrating news
I had a bone marrow
biopsy
to see if I was at uMRD and could come off my second CLL treatment in 5 years. The tests were sent to the wrong location and after hours of run around treatment on the phone to get it sorted, gave up.

some not great news/ still a lot unknown
I know it’s unconfirmed until
biopsy
. How urgent is the situation? I’m a very logical person and appreciate hearing the honest answer in order to understand how to proceed. Thanks .

Epstein's Opinion vs New Uro's
The next step before treatment is to get an updated MRI and
biopsy
since the previous are over a year old. Any thoughts are appreciated! Paul

More worry
😟 Report from recent endoscopy appeared to be all good, however there was a "possible" Barretts Tongue seen and so
biopsy
has been taken to rule Barretts out.

Genetic Testing?
Does anyone have an experience to share about getting genetic testing done on your
biopsy
samples? I'm interested in three tests: (1) a DECIPHER test, (2) a full gene sequencing of tumor DNA and RNA (e.g., at Claris Labs), and (3) the Artera AI analysis of digitized pathology slides.

Metastatic breast cancer and lung cancer
Will have a PET scan and liver
biopsy
then regroup with oncologist. I am married to an amazingly supportive man and we have two daughters (28 and 25). I am a retired RN.

What is done in this case ? ADT not working
In may of 2011 the PSA and
Biopsy
showed that I had an agressive cancer with Gleason 8 so my prostate was extracted and after this I received radiotherapy.

Clinic update
No have to have
biopsy
re done as they ran out of tissue to test for my previous cancer. Has such a traumatic time on last
biopsy
that I can't face it again. I have opted for a scope but told it is 50/50 whether it will get the sample. I'm going to try it first.

Two for Chemotherapy, Both My Wife and I, Her with TNBC and Myself now with PCA Liver Mets
So, January 16th, they did Mammogram, MRI, Ultrasound and
Biopsy
. Terrific staff especially their Medical Oncologist who did a pet scan in a week and more scans. My wife has Triple Negative Breast Cancer Stage 2 without Lymph Node Involvement.
