I'm having some early and well as middle of the night insomnia. Melatonin, I mg helps often just to fall asleep, but I usually wake up two hours later and then dont fall asleep again or one or hour. Tried Benadryl twice and got inconsistent results. Besides Benadryl is not advised for anyone over

Pulsatile or more common tinnitus.
I am new to this site and look forward to any help going. I have had tinnitus for years and over time my brain has handled it very well. Now the noise has increased and I have a continuous sound in my right ear. This sound is something like an engine running at various speeds with variations but constantly

Melatonin U.K.
As usual, the British government believes it knows better than its citizens and treats us like infants. I’m talking about their making melatonin illegal this time. I used to be able to source some on EBay but there’s a definite lack of operators willing to send from the continent recently. Some American

Melatonin vs prolactin
Hi there, As stipulated in the picture attached and several of Patrick's exceptionally informative posts, it is patently obvious that melatonin seems to possess anticancer activity. This is further supported by the 3mg melatonin study which greatly improved survival amongst poor prognosis prostate cancer

Research into Magnesium and RLS/PLMS
I know that the use of Magnesium to control/treat RLS is considered at best unproven and at worst controversial, but I - and various others - have found dosing with Magnesium Citrate very helpful. The studies looking into this have been much too small, and peer reviews have deemed studies inconclusive

Anxiety and insomnia in PD
I write this to try to help the PD warriors and their carers. My husband was diagnosed with PD 3 years ago, and his 2 most disturbing symptoms have been anxiety and insomnia. After 7 months of experimentation with meds, his anxiety was relieved by Venlafaxine. However the insomnia was a constant battle

Seven Natural Ways To Get Melatonin Without Side Effects That People Have Reported And Also Get Better Sleep
In this initial post I only mention two of the seven ways to increase melatonin without supplementing. To see the other five ways, you will have to scroll down into the thread and look at my replies in the lower part of this thread to see the other ways as I added them to the thread as I found them.

The revolution we are living through, the need for simplicity and a few controversial considerations.

Some natural supplements that help for hair (and pain)
Hi all, I had posted here a while back about hair loss after some of the meds and treatments I’d been on like anastrozole…I lost more than half of my hair on it and was really devastated. (Could also be from being put on early menopause). Since going off the anastrozole, my hair is growing back very

Sleeping pattern disorder. Update
Thought it might be interesting to give update. Operation 2Nov 21. Initially disturbed by hallucinations but they have passed now. Sleeping pattern is still major problem. Lucky if I get a couple of hours sleep in 24 and as a result I’m seriously sleep deprived and feel I’m losing the plot. Trying melatonin
