I felt so much energy today so I decided to be creative in my kitchen. Thank you Happyman4 for inspiring me to make fishcakes with Greek yogurt dip in mind. 😊🙏 My fishcakes recipe: 1. Defrost cods and fillet and mash them in a bowl (I like to taste some fish chunks so I don’t make them too mushy).

Weight Loss - Low calorie snacks
Completed week 5 of NHS weight loss programme and lost 2.3 kilos. I am restricted in amount of fibre and fruit I can eat (by Consultant's instructions) and so sometimes go over calories. I am lactose intolerant and eat gluten free bread as it is better for me. Any suggestions for low calorie snacks

This is what I had for dinner tonight. The crust for the quiche was made with brown rice, lemon juice, two types of cheeses, liquid egg whites and chopped spinach.
