Asthma / GERD?
Hi everyone I’m new to this forum and hoping that some frequent users might be able to help me. I’ve been asthmatic all my life (34yrs), well controlled apart from the odd chest infection in winter. I was changed inhaler to Fostair 4 Year’s ago. Didn’t get on too well with it at first had palpitations

NEW DISASTROUS MED
Everytime I have a new med prescribed, I always, ALWAYS ask the Dr the same question, 'Will it affect by legs'? And I asked him twice. Both times he answered 'no my dear you will be fine'. FINE MY ARSE This was Thurs and after taking said med, which apparently is supposed to aid sleep, I had 6 hours

Upping the dose.
My doctor will be calling me to talk about upping my dose of cylexa 20 mg. I haven't noticed a difference so far unless I take my 2.5 mg of valium and I don't want to keep taking valium just to function outside my house! Really nervous about upping the cylexa I really don't want to be sick with the side

I have been suffering from ribs contraction(tighten up) when I wake up in the morning, pain radiats to left side shoulder and left upper back
I am frustrated from the pain that I have been suffering from last 2 years. I got congested or tightened chest and ribs when I woke up in the morning, pain generally occurs on the left side of the chest and left back side, radiates from center to left side, toward the shoulders and some time to my left

Drinking to solve it
Hi, New here. I'm writing principally as I've started to become debilitated by anxiety over the past few years. I drink a lot more than is good for you, and it works perfectly while I'm on it, but it's recently got a little bit much. I still function well, but that mask is starting to slip. I go to

Living With Depression and Associated Mental Health Issues
I have managed very well for most of my life to live with Depression with very little mental health input (just a considerable amount of those nasty little tablets that have horrific side effects) I know where my Depression came from. Recognise Trigger points, have adopted an Ayavedic and totall Organic

My 11 year Old Daughter Struggling With Iron Deficiency Anemia
My 11 year old daughter (12 in a few weeks) She was diagnosed back in August. I knew something wasn't right as she had been having many symptoms for some time. Symptoms were dizziness, extreme tiredness, constant mouth ulcers, cold hands and feet and generally just unhappy. My daughter has been on

Help! New spt of restless leg syndrome! Is it Tecfidera?? Has it years ago but 1 Xanax took care of it. Neuro took my Xanax away and gave me Valium and it has no affect. I take potassium for it and that helped for 6 months. Using aromatherapy, no help. 3rd night of it I am climbing the walls! Tecfidera

I did it! Week 8 run 3...at last
My run this evening was my best yet, I am truly amazed. It has taken me forever to get this far, as I've had to slow down to just 2 runs a week since the longer runs started.. I've also had a few runs where I ve not been able to compete the full time. For example, on Monday night I was only able to

my weekend experience
You were very helpful last week when I wrote about the effects of reducing from 25mg to 20mg. I decided to go back to 25mg which led to a big reduction in pain. Then late on Friday I started to get a lot of GCA type pain all around my skull and temples, something I hadn't experienced since starting steroids

Just over three months since my sympatectomy
So far so good. I'm doing more normal things like driving and shopping. City driving here in the US did aggrivate the nerves in my back some and the nerves at my incision site as well in the center of my chest. The past month or so I have been battling a guilty feeling. I haven't done anything to be
