Detox off pain patch help!

Been on 5mg pain patch for various illness are they safe on me liver but I was stopped them it's like hell I've been on them 8months it's like I'm doing the drink detox well the first week I cannot live in pain to much to take but what do .im on Valium anyway so I'm gonna have to go with this . Don't want patches to have made me liver worste

I don't no if it is that's why I don't recommend nothing as I'm on bad withdrawal .sorry but I need to no as well.
