Struggling with flare up
Since last Wednesday my asthma has flared up. I have been taking regular reliever (mart regime fostair 100/6)every 4 hrs. I have had tight chest and peak flow dropped to 350/500. Although I not making my top peak flow as my lungs are still healing from pneumonia. Now I woke up with soreness in my diaphragm

Has anyone had liver issues following covid pandemic
Hi all, this post has actually been prompted by being contacted by a member that has seen one of my previous posts, apart from that I've been away from the forum for a while. I've been experiencing issues since January 2020, and I'm yet to find out what is causing them. These included RUQ pain, itchiness

Reading my symptoms
I have been stuck on 5 mgs of Pred for a very long time. I attempted to reduce by half a mg. I immediately felt really ill, deathly sick and dizzy with nightmares. I have had a very painful neck for about 6 weeks. I took a Covid test because I felt so viral. I didn’t think my one sided neck pain was

Cold and MTX
Hello everyone I've had a cold, bunged up nose, sore throat and slight chesty cough since Tuesday. I'm scheduled to take my weekly MTX on Sunday. Should I take it? I seem to remember reading that I could safely miss a dose and it was actually advised that you should temporary stop the medication if unwell

Covid finally caught me!
After being so careful for over 3years Covid finally caught me! My husband tested positive last Monday and despite keeping well away from him tested positive on Thursday. I contacted the NHS Covid helpline in the morning and had anti virals delivered to my door by 4pm. I am still testing positive today

PMR and Covid vaccine
Hello. I was diagnosed with PMR in March 2023 but had pain from October 2022 which GP put down to deferred pain from hip problem which I had seen a physio who gave me excercises which with hindsight cured the hip pain. I had Covid vaccine in early October and I didn’t make the connection at the time

I’m just wondering if I can get a bit of advice. I was diagnosed with bronciactasis a few years ago but have been fine until a couple of weeks ago I have this awful cough I saw the doctor last week and she said my chest was clear and gave me some antibiotics but I’m still having really bad coughing

Shingles Vaccine Update
Well I never!! I woke to a text message from our GP's surgery to say that I am eligible for a shingles vaccination with a link to book in with a nurse. My GP's obviously looked up the guidelines & though better of her decision! I'm just hoping that after the fight to get it I don't have any adverse
