Early last year I read an article in the Mail newspaper about having 300mg dispersible
aspirin
in the medicine cupboard in case of heart attacks. I bought some although I had no evidence of anything wrong with my heart.

Herpes (or acyclovir usage) affecting implantation after ivf embryo transfer?
I'm already doing downregulation with zorodex for a few months, then considering prednisone and baby
aspirin
for the Fet as an immune protocol but worried about another outbreak complicating things. Would love some advice.

8 hour flight
I was diagnosed with ET with jak2 about 5 years ago, my platelets aren’t bad at all only 790 at last count, so am only on mini
aspirin
at present. Going on 8 hour flight soon, should I take any extra precautions? A colleague told me I should be taking fragmin as such a long flight!

Reduced JAK2 allele burden
For someone like me who has been sticking with phlebotomies and
aspirin
only and willing to deal with the side effects I experience vs taking some new pill/shot and taking a chance on new side effects that may be worse, I am having a hard time agreeing to go on any type of medication because I don't

New to CAD
My cardiologist put me on a statin and told me to take a low dose
aspirin
81 mg every day. I was also advised to change my diet and get more cardio exercise.

She says I have angina and to carry on with bisoprol and
aspirin
and to carry a gtn spray with me. My anxiety has drifted away and I’m back to my normal self not worrying if I’m going to have a heart attack.

Not Cardiac ?
In the meantime, she is taking
aspirin
and bisoprolol as a precaution. This uncertainty has complicated our holiday insurance arrangements, as her condition remains undiagnosed until the scan and subsequent appointment.

I've been on Bisoprolol and
Aspirin
for 15 years. There's no monitoring of my condition or anything, just keep taking the pills forever. Put me on Flecanide tablets once but that did nothing. Does any of this sound familiar / normal?

He was also on
aspirin
initially, but no longer takes that. For some time now he has complained about his legs being painful (muscle and joint ache) and the feeling of heavy legs.

Venesection issues, looking for some advice, please.
I’m currently “watch and wait” and daily
aspirin
. My haematocrit is currently only slightly above - 0.47, if memory serves correctly. Looking for any tips anyone may have, please. Don’t want a repeat again if I can help it! N.B.

Low PAPP-A - experience?
This resulted in no changes to the protocol, as I had already been referred to a high-risk pregnancy care due to it being an IVF DE pregnancy (so 150mg
aspirin
daily, serial growth scans from 28 weeks & not allowed to carry full term) - I'm 14+3 today and otherwise healthy.

Increased Fibrosis. ET Progression ?
Immediately started
aspirin
, but due to ongoing symptoms we decided to be aggressive and started on Besremi by August. Platelets dropped to normal in 3-4months and most symtoms were gone. Fatigue is still a major issue and is especially disappointing when I cant keep up with my 4yr old son.

Great progress on Pegasys!
I’ve pretty much fully recovered from that, but I am on lifelong Eliquis and low dose
Aspirin
(these anticoagulants have different action and my docs recommend I take both).
