ET - how many of you have this condition and then have it develop into MF or another condition
I was told I was low risk and that I wouldn't need anything but
aspirin
however I'm now on medication forever. I basically would just like to find out how many people on here were first diagnosed with ET and now it's developed into something else?

I’m ET and on Hydroxy and
aspirin
. Diagnosed about a year ago after a Dvt in nov 19. The results though appear to be based solely on surveys / data after single inoculation doses. My questions are :- Does anyone know of any data / surveys involving post second jab patients ?

Absorption Causes
This drug is meant to protect my gut and stomach etc. from other medication that I have to take for blood pressure, heart, anti coagulant, (
aspirin
) and to prevent build up of cholesterol (Statins). Unfortunately it prevents me from ingesting and absorbing B12 orally too.

Blood clotting disorder
Mine is called factor v Leiden for which I take 75 mg
aspirin
per day . Apparently it’s hereditary which dr argued at first that it wasn’t . Anyways after urging my daughter to get blood test sure enough she has it too .

Is it Bisoprolol?
Losartin has a half life of 2 hrs and I tend to feel bad about 9am 4hrs after having all my other tablets Lansaprozole, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Clodiprogrel,
Aspirin
and Bisoprolol. So I have the opinion that losartin will probably be out of my system when I awake. Am I wrong?.

New Dx of splenic cyst. I am ET, JAK2+ on HU and 81mg aspirin 2x daily.
I fired my previous dr. Found new one at Ochsner in New Orleans. Seems knowledgeable. He was nonplussed that previous doc did not order spleen ultrasound or an EPO level. The ultrasound revealed an anechoic cyst of 1.8 centimeters. I have read that cysts of the spleen are rare. My EPO is. 5.5 on a scale

ET symptoms ?
My situation had been quite stable, been on
aspirin
since June 2019(diagnosis) but recently I've been feeling an extreme pain (at times) inside by right arm.at first it was around the wrist and it has then quickly developed to the elbow. This is most night keeping me up or waking me.

AZ second jab - preparation
I never took anything beforehand like paracetamol or
aspirin
, my doctor said not to! I am a bit more scared of the 2nd jab now . I am wondering if I should be prepping myself a bit better for this? Is there anything anyone would recommend I do before I get this jab? Thanks in advance.

DAPT for 1 month?
I read this recent trial with interest: https://www.acc.org/latest-in-cardiology/clinical-trials/2020/11/11/21/39/one-month-dapt Essentially DAPT is typically continued for 6 or 12 months in people who have had a stent fitted, who then revert to
aspirin
monotherapy.

Low Bp after running
Haven’t had a scan since, but taking Entresto, Eplerenone, carvedilol,
aspirin
, rosuvastatin and feeling pretty good, working full time. After I had an ICD implanted (May 2020) my cardiologist said ‘do as much exercise as you possibly can’ up to a max. HR of 150.

MPN-U
Hi everyone I am a 72 year old female and a new member. I was diagnosed one year ago with ET by my hematologist , but after consulting with an MPN specialist my diagnosis was changed to PV. Now it seems I don't fit exactly into that category so I am MPN-U (unclassified). I've been on Hydroxyurea 500
