Timing of pills!
I had no idea that I shouldn’t be taking all my pills, prednisolone,
aspirin
, atorvastatin, omeprazole and adcal -D3 at the same time each morning…… Having now read some comments I will review my timings. I now understand why I don’t feel good in the mornings….

Another covid question Re blood clotting/high risk
I'm ET, Calr, 41, and only on 50 mg of
Aspirin
a day. Should I up it to 100 for a few days to keep blood thinner?? My husband it away for the next week and I have two young kids to look after and worried about needing hospital etc.

Platelet Count Fluctuations with ET - what to expect, ways to lower them naturally?
I'm on a wait and see approach, with taking a baby
aspirin
daily. Focusing on staying well hydrated, exercising, and healthy diet. Curious - do the platelet counts naturally fluctuate substantially over time (as in up and down, not just up)?

midwife prescribed aspirin due to history of Graves’ disease while pregnant.
Is the reason I’m being prescribed
aspirin
to prevent preeclampsia? Why wasn’t this explained if so?

Running can literally save your life !
A rather dramatic title, but In my case it was probably true ! Ok, so I now feel it is time to bring this out into the open. The Admin team know about this . Thank you to Oldfloss and MissUnderstanding for picking up the slack ! Only a handful of others have known about this And to the ones who knew

Clear Angiogram but angina symptoms persist
I went to my doctor and we agreed perhaps the
aspirin
was no longer needed and he suggested I come off the ISM.

Starting Besremi Next Week
So far, I have taken a daily
aspirin
and had a phlebotomy monthly. My HCT hovers around 48 and my platelets have been going up. The phlebotomy is not a solution and I have been told this by the oncologist; it's just a minor fix. The oncologist has prescribed me 50 mg of Besremi, at my request.

Tale of woe, sort of
I've been on ticagerol 90 and other meds (bisoprolol,
aspirin
, Losartan, etc) since my heart attack in May 2021, with second stent inserted via rotablation in Nov 2021. The surgeon said to continue the blood thinners for a year.
