Arnica cream for jab reactions
I've now found that
Arnica
cream is the only thing that works and I also think the skin returns to it's normal colour more quickly too. It's cheap if you find it in B&M, Home Bargains type shops too.

What about stiffness
She does get a massage with magnesium oil and
arnica
- arms and legs. Magnesium oil stings a lil so never put it on her back. I need advice on what folks do for stiffness , cause muscle relaxants are not advised for everyday / long term use. Regards, -j

The hidden dangers ... the many routes to the IC ... beware of the cheese ... 🧀
Long story short, my father went to a neighbour who came with pads and bandages and
arnica
and other homeopathic remedies and very kindly dressed it as best she could, while I tried to remain conscious! Pain. Shock. Nausea. Yuc!!!

Is it okay to use arnica?
Does anyone know if
arnica
has a similar interaction? Should I ask the pharmacist next time I am in? I just knew
arnica
as something that is traditionally rubbed on bruises and hadn't really expected it to work. Thanks for any help.

skin bruising from prednisone
I use a high percentage
arnica
cream which helps heal slightly faster (in about a week). Does anyone else have better solutions? I have read that collagen supplements are not particularly effective, but welcome your thoughts and experience.

Pain in chest - any advice pls?
What we do - rub
arnica
around the area. - and he takes paraceutomal 3-4 times a day and now, having spoken to the team last week, we're switching to Codomol 3-4/day. Hoping this will lighten things and help reduce whatever swelling/pain might be there.

Venice 10k (well, sort of - this is Italy) 🇮🇹
Collected the bling and finishers’ goody bag - more beer, water, fresh fruit, protein bar, nibbles and
arnica
gel 😂 Free massages were also on offer, but the queue was humongous so we skipped it and caught the vaporetto back to the hotel. Now for a shower, then go and find a nice lunch.

We had a nasty car accident last week ( elderly gentleman driving a large Dormobile from Europe had no idea of the rules of single- track- driving here in the HIghlands of Scotland - I felt quite sorry for him) I have rather spectacular bruising of right breast -
Arnica
has been great help - and three

Reccomendations for cream.
I been using
arnica
gel but not sure it still working as good as it used to. The worst of my pain is elbows, knees, ankles and feet. I did find one called fibro cream which I was hoping to try but out of stock everywhere. Any recommendations or own experience very welcome.

Help for extreme pain in thighs and arms
I have used magnesium spray on my sore muscles, have Epsom Salts baths, and use muscle rub creams (
Arnica
, Biofreeze). The pains increased after my Moderna vaccine; I was hoping it was a side effect from the vaccine, but 3 weeks later the pains are still extreme, especially at night.

Swollen nodules body recovery, confused thyroid?
I preceeded to take
arnica
and go on my way. After the wedding we travelled further to see son in SD. I was exhausted, and was feeling like I had a UTI. Fast forward to return home, we unloaded I was having severe pain in my groin, shoulder and hip.
