VERY CONFUSED AND IN NEED SOME ADVISE/SUGGESTIONS
Good day everyone I started an Egg recipient treatment in February. It was a down regulated cycle. I was placed on Oestrogen patches (200mg) and oestrogen tabs (8mg). The cycle ended up being cancelled because my uterine lining did not go beyond 4.5mm. I spotted for 3days after getting off the patches

Anybody take taurine/l-arginine/magnesium/potassium?
Hi all - does anybody take any/all of the above supplements to help with their heart issues/ PACs/ectopics? If so, when do you take them through the day? I'd always spread mine out. I get mine from Holland & Barret in the UK, so I take around 2000mg of each taurine and l-arginine a day, along with about

Help with supplements/dosing please?
Hello (I am currently on 25mcg a day of levo. I definitely feel underactive, having particular problems with inflamed gums that I have posted separately about. I also have Grave's disease (in remission)). Had blood test in December to check my vitamin levels, would welcome thoughts on changes to supplementation

Thin lining. Need positive stories.
A lot of people have been posting trouble with thin lining lately and have had great advice about things to try to help unfortunately nothing seems to be working for me. I have been on progynova, viagra pessaries and an estraderm patch for 13 days now and had my first scan this morning. My lining still

9 Healthy Nuts That Are Low in Carbs
Nuts are known for being high in healthy fats and plant-based protein while being low in carbs. Therefore, most nuts can fit into a low-carb eating plan, though certain kinds are particularly low in carbs. NAC: Treating Apnea that contributed to AFIB
After trying 0, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 teaspoonful of NAC (n-acetyl-l-cysteine powder) at bedtime, my AHI (pulse oximeter adjusted index) has dropped significantly. It is tart to me so I mix it with warm honey water. Tolerance of NAC & impact on AHI probably will vary greatly depending on individuals; only

AM erections at age 70
Just wanted to check in and possibly give some hope to others. Decided to have surgery 2 1/2 years ago. I was 68 at the time and in good health, exercised regularly all my life (no Diabetes, vascular disease, some BP elevation treated with losartan) with a PSA of 6.4 which had fluctuated around 6.0

Question about New Pain(s) with CPS
Hello, This is long and complicated, but I am hopeful for advice for next move. I'm experiencing a new pain; a neck/throat pain. It is a sharp cutting pain and sometimes excruciating. The x-ray came back as degenerative C3, C4, and C5. My doctor has offered no solution and referred me to pain management
